Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to customers within Asia. Please note that shipping to certain remote areas or specific locations might be limited or subject to additional fees.

 

How long will shipping take?

For customers in Singapore: We offer seller-managed delivery with an estimated delivery time of 2–10 working days.

For customers in other country/region: Orders will be shipped via courier service, with an estimated delivery time of 10–12 working days.

How about a custom order?

If you are considering a custom-configured chair, please be aware that delivery may take longer. These products are made to order, and the production cycle can take up to 8 weeks from order placement to delivery.
