Our chairs are skillfully crafted by experienced artisans, with production primarily based in some European countries. Please note that the country of origin may vary depending on the specific brand and model.

 

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to customers within Asia. Please note that shipping to certain remote areas or specific locations might be limited or subject to additional fees.

 

How long will shipping take?

Singapore orders enjoy free installation and delivery. Taiwan orders enjoy free delivery. For orders outside Singapore, delivery fees will be displayed at checkout. 

Orders shipped from our local warehouse are estimated to be dispatched within 3–5 business days, while orders shipped from overseas are estimated to be dispatched within 10–12 business days.

If you need to delay shipment, you may request a postponement of up to 60 days.

How about a custom order?

If you are considering a custom-configured chair, please be aware that delivery may take longer. These products are made to order, and the production cycle can take up to 8 weeks from order placement to delivery.
